Composting

Astoria Organics

Astoria Organics operates one of the most advanced composting facilities in Canada, featuring two MegaDome XP fabric buildings—a large 80 × 404 ft structure and a secondary 80 × 132 ft unit. This composting fabric building in Ontario is engineered for high-volume organic waste processing, housing tipping areas, aerated windrows, and an integrated GORE Cover composting system.

Built on concrete block foundations with 11–12 ft spacing, the structures support year-round operations with roof ventilation and bio-filtration for virtually odor-free performance. The MegaDome solution ensures full weather protection, sustainability, and compliance with Ontario’s strict environmental standards.
