Customize your dome with our wide range of options

The basic features of the MegaDome structure are its engineering, choice of steel, corrosion protection, oval tube shape and components.

Structural steel

Our structures are made exclusively from structural steel. The mechanical and chemical properties of this type of steel are checked before processing, guaranteeing the quality of the final product.

Oval tubes

MegaDome® structures are made of oval tubes. This shape makes them stronger than round and rectangular tubes of similar dimensions. This allows us to design a sturdy structure with much less steel.

Corrosion protection

The lower section of the arches is always hot-dip galvanized after welding. This part of the arch, which is the critical link between the structure and the foundation, is more exposed to dust and corrosive elements. This galvanization ensures the protection of the steel and the durability of the structure.

Warranty

The steel structure of EzDomeTM, DB and AR series comes with a 10-year warranty. Hot-dip galvanized steel is guaranteed for 15 years after welding. The warranty protects the original purchaser against all material defects relative to the original specifications, as well as against manufacturing defects. A one-year warranty applies to the EzKitMC steel structure.

Our many options allow you to customize your building to suit your needs.

Our various foundation options can be adapted to suit all possible uses.

The addition of a natural ventilation system ensures good air circulation inside your building and better control of humidity levels.

Whether man or garage doors, dimensions can vary according to your needs and current safety standards. They can also be fitted with a panic bar, firewall and/or different types of handles.

Customize the ends of your building to suit your operational needs. It’s possible to completely close both ends, partially close one end, or leave completely open. Sheet metal cladding is an option, for example, when connecting to an existing building.

Various ventilation options exclusive to MegaDome have been developed by our engineering department.
